Light November Blogging

Lights, Camera, ActionJust like last November, I'll be doing little blogging for the next month or so... Every year at Christmastime, we put together an elaborate DVD of the past year's home movies and photographs to mail out to family and friends out of state. I'm an A/V junkie and love to spend a lot of time editing and assembling these movies (which means that if this were the 70's, I'd be one of those annoying relatives who bored you to tears with slides and 8mm home movies). The point is, putting this thing together takes up a lot of my PC time... so while I'll be working on a project that bores our friends and family to death, I won't have time to work on this project, which bores the internet in general to death.

If you've ended up here and you're looking for a good blog to read, there's a great blogroll to the right.

Comments:
Enjoy your break. I'm sure the movie you put together is very much appreciated by those who receive it. Your beautiful wife and kids could never be boring to your loved ones.
I hope your Thanksgiving is wonderful.
Let your blog friends know when you're back in action, boring the cyber world again. (tee-hee)

Whoa, there IS a blogroll to the right! Apparently on a Mac in IE, I haven't been seeing the third column because I had to scroll the window over. Cool!

Video sounds like a cool project. Having just discovered an interest in digital photography last year, I wonder how long before I get into doing real videos beyond those cheesy nature shorts I've done. Maybe someday I can even win an emhmy...

Don't you realize, Darrell, that you're playing right into the hands of the liberal media?!?!?!!! They'll take the opportunity to ridicule you by saying your light blogging schedule shows a lack of commitment, and to make up stories about you in general.

Going to post that movie when you're done, I hope. Hey, we're family too y'know!
